PREGNANCY MASSAGE, LOMI HAPAI & CRANIO

You can book PRENATAL MASSAGE / LOMI HAPAI / CRANIO with me as well separately or as part of a package. These sessions normally are better done  in one of my practices because of the massage table that is needed then for a cosy sidling position ... and that I can't bring with me, as I don't drive a car/have a driver's license...  

The focus of a PREGNANCY MASSAGE  is to bring you relaxation, time for just being pregnant and with your growing baby, harmony and grounding in a time of great changes, to give space to breath more deeply, give your back a stretch. It can be done anytime in the pregnancy up to and after your due date, preferably after the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. In different stages of the pregancy I will work differently according to the changing needs of your body and you!

The LOMI HAPAI  is the gentle caring Hawaiian form of pregnancy massage and has a special beautiful atmosphere around it with the flowing strokes and the Hawaiian music. Also good at every time of the pregnancy when you want to lie on your side already. And a wonderful ritual to prepare for birth!

CRANIO in its Biodynamic approach as I do it, is very supportive non-invasive bodywork that focuses on your self-healing and self-regulating capacities. Not like in a massage you stay dressed in very comfy clothing (like for a yoga class or your sofa) and the hands-on is very gentle and slow (even more so like in Osteopathy, where it developed from the late work of William Sutherland in the beginning). It is ok to do in every stage of the pregnancy (and postpartum and for the baby) from the very beginning.
